Our Policies

During the Holiday season, shipping will vary based upon the volume of orders and we cannot guarantee same day delivery or shipping. Pricing does not include appropriate sales tax for Missouri residents, or sales tax for gifts being delivered in St. Louis, or for shipping and handling. To clarify, any gift shipped or delivered in Missouri will have Mo. sales tax added even if the person or co. that orders is out of state. We can hand deliver gifts within the St. Louis, St. Charles metro east areas of St. Louis and delivery charge is based upon zip code. We also ship our gifts FedEx and their standard rates apply. Please note the time frame for regular ground shipping in map below, when you place your order. Please make sure that you have the phone number of who it is being shipped to, the apartment or suite number if applicable. For larger orders we will need the addresses in an excel spreadsheet in a CSV format per FedEx. Please look on FedEx website for sample instructions. Please note: InJoy Gifts is not responsible if a gift does not get delivered by FedEx, if there is no apartment or suite number and/or if a business that a gift is being delivered to is closed. FedEx will notify InJoy Gifts of delivery exceptions, we will notify the purchaser by forwarding the exception notification to the purchaser. The purchaser needs to get with FedEx to resolve the issue. If FedEx delivers to another address, if the recipient is not at the original address, they will charge an additional fee and this fee will be passed on to the purchaser. If available, FedEx may drop the package off to a FedEx office near the recipients address for them to pick up. Typically, this does not incur an additional fee. Any disputes with shipping with FedEx that do not get addressed will result in the package being sent back. If the gift package gets returned to InJoy Gifts, because of an incorrect address or unable to deliver because a business is closed, InJoy Gifts will determine if there is and how much a refund to the purchaser will be. It is imperative to give us the proper address as to where the recipient of the gift will be. Also, InJoy Gifts bears no responsibility if a gift or gift package is stolen from the recipient's address. 

 

 

We will do everything that we can to ship your order properly but we cannot stress enough, please double check the 'ship to' address. If the shipping address that is received with the order is incorrect and the delivery is returned to us, it can delay the gift delivery substantially and there will be additional shipping charges to re-ship your gift. If the gift is returned to us and not shipped to the proper address, there will be an additional $25 re-stocking fee in addition to the original shipping charges.

We can ship to office buildings, hotels, hospitals or assisted living facilities but require the suite or room number. We hope that you understand, we are not responsible for any delays to the recipient once it reaches the building destination. 

Gift items that include chocolate, will not be shipped between May and through October, or whenever it's too hot, unless sent overnight and shipped with ice packs which will incur an additional charges. Also, we suggest not shipping Fitz's rootbeer when temps are below freezing as the soda will freeze and then thaw and can leak from the bottles. We always try to ship gifts to arrive before the weekend so as not to sit in a non-climate controlled FedEx truck or warehouse through the weekend. Please note that we are not responsible for any leakage or breaking of any bottles of fluid (soda, mustard, jelly, etc.) due to shipping or weather. We do bubble wrap and make sure that products are as secure as possible in packaging of shipping boxes. 

Typically our inventory is well stocked. There are times however, because of the influx of orders, that we may run out of a particular item. When that happens, substitutions may be made for individual products in gifts that are out of stock at the time of your order. We will substitute with a product with equal value or greater value and one that works with the design. 

We are sorry but we no longer put gift cards on gifts.

We are a gift basket business and do not sell the components individually, that includes the containers, baskets, or items in the containers. 

Primarily, because of the food nature of the gifts, we're sorry, but we cannot accept returns for resale. We cannot refund custom or special order gifts.
